The place was actually a really great place to work. The people here are amazing. The COO and my supervisor were both amazing to work for. I actually enjoyed coming in to work every day. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of room for advancement or room to learn different skills outside of your job description.

I learned a lot during my time there but a better opportunity came along that had room for me to grow, so I knew I had to leave. They were not angry at all when I gave my two weeks, in fact they were happy for me. 

Bottom line is, as long as you are a good person and treat the people here well, they will respond with kindness and treat you well. 

It really is an amazing place to work. 

Management is poor and out of touch with what is happening in the business world.  Cliques and groups with only 12 members of staff create an extremely uncomfortable environment to work in and the directors are personal friends making for a situation where there is no one to turn to for correct unfair hr practices.  Executive Director is a despot. Committees ineffective and disinterested allows for unfairness and bullying to reign in this toxic environment.

Loved working here, nothing bad to say about the organization. Good pay and benefits. Also good vacation pay. Everyone is great and it’s like being apart of a family.
