At RMH, there was a 2 week training program where I think I got enough experience to make calls independently. It consisted of selling consumer credit cards. It was a place of routine work, answering calls on a daily schedule.

Bad recruitment based on location (Sarnia, ON) - unmotivated, and largely unskilled workforce. CSR's failed to respect the chain of command and the GM was simply a people pleaser. This position was a waste of my time and I actually walked off the job.

Gained a lot of experience and knowledge from my years there.Received many customer service awards and was an Honour Representative numerous times over the time I was there.

this call centre is no longer in business. It was strictly outbound sales and upon looking back I realize that this job was demanding but also very helpful.

It’s telemarketing. Fast past lots evening hours. Many customers hang up but some are nice. I would recommend this job to some who likes to talk and is a fast typist.

I worked with an amazing team of peers at RMh.  The company had been bought by the NCO Group and I can not speak to how it is now.

what can I say? it has since closed, too much gossip and rumours
