I was hired at the Brick after searching for two years! They gave me the opportunity to prove myself, and since have invested many hours in training, mentoring and assisting me in becoming a productive and successful sales consultant. I have never regretted applying and I look forward to coming into work every day. 

The people I work with are excellent. Yes, you have to work hard. Yes, you have to invest time and energy into every day and yes, you go home tired. But the results of your attitude and efforts are rewarded with an excellent income and benefits. 

I definitely recommend working at the Brick, at least in my area. The company is huge and they have it all down pat for someone who has the smarts and ambition to make a very decent living.

The social aspect of the job is next to none and we are very well treated by the owner. Mutual respect.

My most stressful part is to make sure the customer was well treated and that we met their needs.

After being bought by Leons the company is going through a restructure of staff , policies, and partnerships and working out details where they are attempting progressive implantation of new strategies that meet the market place demands of a massive change with the development of Amazon as they focus on Real Estate Investments where they have lost a median of 9% on Stock price as a result and low of nearly 23 % of yearly high as a direct result.

If you want to work for the Brick Outlet winnipeg, be prepared to have tons of stress, with micro management from a store manager and operations manager that DO NOT CARE about their employees, nor respect them. Work life balance is non existent and the pay structure here is absolutely terrible. The terrible management leads to a toxic team full of constant drama and unprofessional attitudes. 

Salaries are not competitive, staff is not loyal. By far the worst retail experience I have had. We purchased a mattress and were told it would arrive in 2 weeks. The systems crashed not once but twice, which meant that we had to wait even longer. They told us that they would credit us $50 for the inconvenience and turned around and increased our bill by $80. We are still fighting this issue 1 month later. They billed us for the mattress the day we purchased it yet took 1 month to deliver.

*Be prepared to move furniture and such using only a dolly, no bobcat, no forklift 
*watch and learn how the sales-person sells items such as beds or couches and also watch how items that do not get sold and it's time for mark-down sales



Presently at work it is required to have the full knowledge of the product, which we sell to our clients after identifying their needs and requirements. For this kind of a job we get well trained and also attend quarterly product knowledge session by the representatives from different brands.

Work Culture is good Supportive. You can make money according to your ability and Strength. You can enjoy working with brick if location is near to you so that you can spend more time to get more money 💰.
