I've taken more than 600 calls within 4 hours and 1000 calls within 8 hours. Have done operator assistance, directory assistance, and emergency assistance while getting paid minimum wage.  The calls can be nonstop, back to back and get repetitive very fast which gets annoying and frustrating. There's a *bing* noise that comes with each call and it honestly gives you a headache by the end of the day because of the sheer amount of calls that come in.  Most of the calls are from seniors who can't understand you, can be racist, rude and demeaning, often yell at you, etc., Half the time you can't even put the calls through because the phone companies that Viiz serves have horrible customer service and their lines never work and you just have to keep referring callers to customer service and directory assistance. Like others have said, this job is fine for part time because you most likely will not be offered full time hours. They hire enough people for part time to keep the place running. Management is okay, some managers are nice, others are strict. The bathrooms always smell gross and people don't clean up after themselves. The good part about the job is the guaranteed 20 hours and coworkers. You can request 10 days off (unpaid) per year. They'll give you between 20 and 32 hours but the job will make you consider if being broke is even that bad.

Fun place to work , nice supporting and encouraging team management that recognized team members hardwork, good opportunities for professional growing and good work environment. The office is a nice place to work because it's spacious and well equipped and also it's well located.

I enjoyed working there because I met great people and made good friends. also I enjoyed interacting with people by phone and helping them with their enquiries at the same time that I practiced my english communications skills.

Work consisted of working in Operator Service, Directory Assistance, Customer Service, occasionally taking emergency calls. i learned a lot in my short time there however minimum wage can only take you so far. This role offers benefits (medical, vision, dental) after 3 months to full time employees but they only offer part time hours (operational requirements) so don't expect to get full time hours. They employ enough part time staff to cover the operational requirements and they experienced frequent turnover.

This company is extremely strict, and you’ll have no freedoms or job security. Turn around is very high and monthly if not biweekly. They have no management structure, no known HR, and payroll is terrible. Training is inconsistent between the trainers and the supervisors. 

Minimum wage job with not much room for advancement. Taking emergency calls can be stressful at times. Errors on payroll seem to be quite often. This location is not very accessible especially if you have any sort of disability there is no elevator or handicap parking.

Dirty poorly-run call centre with no opportunity for advancement. The paycheck never bounces but they treat their employees like they're disposable.  24-hour shift schedule with no pay raises.  Very strict rules for employees yet no standards for management.

Expect to take 700+ calls in a shift that make you feel quite inhuman and mechanical, and the management expects you be a 911 operator with minimum wage and no training or support at all only to impress their contracts.

Supporting supervisors who watch your performance regularly!  Tough job at the call center of specially dealing with senior citizens.  Shift work and night hours are specially difficult.

The company I worked for was very cultural for especially where you came from and if you speak a different language like  Spanish and french. they would have people who speak those languages. 

I had a great time there. The COV-ID came, and even though we were more busy, they outsourced the company.  I am sure that they took advantage of the government supporting them, and used it to outsource. I can't prove it though.
