Role:
- Serve as the lead to conduct rigorous literature reviews of clinical, humanistic, epidemiological and economic evidence
- Lead writer in market access and scientific communication projects such as medical writing, landscape assessments
- Development of evidence generation strategies and value messages
- Publish research-work at conferences and submission to scientific journals
- Support growth of the business through the development of strong client relationships
- Guide and mentor junior staff
- Work closely with internal team and external stakeholders to ensure high quality of deliverables
- Develop best practices guidelines for relevant areas
- Business development and budget management
Essential traits:
- Advanced degree (e.g. PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, MSc, MA) in any relevant science such as public health, relevant science, such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Health Economics/ Economics, Health Policy, Epidemiology or Public Health
- 5+ years (Consultant) or 7+ years (Sr Consultant) of experience within the field of HTA and market access, with ample experience in hands-on conducting and leading systematic literature reviews
- Knowledge of various reference management software
- Excellent writing experience for manuscripts, reports and proposals
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience of working in a team and leading a team
- Excellent time management, project management and communication skills
- Proactive approach to work, problem-solving aptitude and flexible to learn and adapt
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development process
Desirable traits:
- Experience of writing market access documents such as Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers and global value dossiers (GVD)
- Business development and marketing experience
- Experience of conducting meta analysis and network-meta analyses
- Statistical programming skills with standard software (SAS, R and STATA)
- Track record of research publications in conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Understanding the market access environment and challenges globally
- Primary research or conducting workshop with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Understanding of economic evaluation techniques and basic health economic modeling knowledge
- Understanding of real-world evidence generation studies
