Overview
CCBST College is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant for our Scarborough Campus. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong administrative and computer skills to grow their career in a dynamic educational environment. Full on-the-job training will be provided for our processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare reports and provide updates to supervisors
Audit and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized records and documentation
Support day-to-day administrative operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and auditing skills
Experience working in a process-driven environment
Good organizational and communication skills
