Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Cosmetician/Hairstylist to join our vibrant beauty team! In this energetic role, you will be the go-to expert for enhancing our clients’ natural beauty through professional makeup application, hairstyling, and personalized consultations. Your enthusiasm for beauty and exceptional customer service skills will help create memorable experiences for every guest. Responsibilities

Provide professional makeup applications tailored to clients’ preferences and occasions, ensuring a flawless finish every time.
Deliver expert hairstyling services including cuts, styling, blowouts, and special treatments to meet diverse client needs.
Assist customers with product recommendations, upselling beauty products, and conducting engaging product demos to enhance their experience.
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all merchandising displays are attractive and well-stocked.
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures with transparency.
Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening to client requests, providing personalized advice, and building lasting relationships.
Support retail sales efforts by promoting new products, executing visual merchandising strategies, and participating in promotional events.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or cosmetology is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate eager to learn.
Strong communication skills in English are essential; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, cash handling, and basic math is highly desirable.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
Passion for beauty services such as makeup application and hairstyling with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients of all backgrounds.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
