About Us
The Whitby Coin Laundry is a locally owned laundromat serving Whitby, and surrounding communities. We take pride in providing a clean, friendly, and efficient environment for our customers — whether they use our self-service machines or our wash, dry, and fold services.

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that customer laundry orders are completed accurately, machines and facilities remain spotless, and every customer receives excellent service.

Responsibility

Wash, dry, and fold customer laundry orders with care and attention
Maintain cleanliness of machines, floors, and folding areas throughout each shift
Assist customers with machine use, change, and general inquiries
Log and track customer orders using provided forms
Monitor equipment and report any maintenance issues
Restock laundry supplies and maintain organized workstations

Qualifications:

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Friendly, customer-focused attitude
Basic math and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Previous laundry, cleaning, or customer service experience is an asset but not required — training provided

Schedule:
Flexible shifts available — including weekends and evenings.
