Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Shop Foreman/woman specializing in Automotive Body Repair to lead our repair team. This leadership role requires a strong background in automotive repair, dealership experience, and mechanical knowledge. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate repair activities efficiently within a busy automotive shop environment. A commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this position.

Supervise workers and projects
Inspect products at various stages of processing to ensure adherence to specifications
Ensure proper functioning of equipment
Order supplies and maintain inventory
Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
Train other workers
Maintain inventory of equipment
Diagnose faults, using testing devices
Prepare reports
