Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying). Receive and deliver items and messages for guests.
Maintain knowledge of all aspects of the mountain to answer questions. Season’s pass, retail discounts and more. Manage reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
Previous experience in customer relations would be ideal, preferably in hotel reservations or a front desk environment. Customer service: 1 year (required).
