We're Hiring One Human to Run a Team of AI Agents

Role: Digital Creative Lead, MiTL Studio
Type: Full-time. Founder-led. Remote-first.
Reports to: Keith Bilous, Founder

This is not a social media manager job.
This is not a producer job.
This is not a brand marketer job.

This is all of those.
Run by one person.
Supported by a team of AI agents you build, train, and lead.

The Real Job

You will lead a team of AI agents the way a creative director leads a studio.

You will build the team.
You will train the team.
You will manage the team.
You will fire and replace the team when it stops performing.

The agents do the volume.
You do the judgment.

You will run digital storytelling for a modern, AI-first, LIVE media company.
Across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Substack, Instagram, podcast, and whatever launches next quarter.
Short arc. Long arc. Episode to episode. Quarter to quarter. Year to year.

The story is the product.
You're the one carrying it.

What You Will Actually Do

Run daily story operations across multiple shows and brands.
Direct AI agents on script, image, video, audio, edit, post, distribute, and respond.
Operate Veo, Nano Banana Pro, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and the next ten tools that don't exist yet.
Build community. Move conversations. Make people feel seen on the other side of the screen.
Hold the narrative line across every channel so nothing drifts.
Sit inside the cockpit with the founder and ship.

This is operational and creative.
Strategic and hands-on.
Big picture and pixel-level.

There is no hiding behind a team.
You are the team.
The agents are the team.

Who You Are

You've built things online that mattered.
You can show me the receipts.

You think in story arcs, not posts.
You understand that a hook is a promise and the payoff is the brand.
You've grown a community, not just an audience.
You've shipped under pressure with a small headcount and made it look bigger than it was.

You're fast.
You're organized.
You don't need a Monday morning meeting to know what to do.
You finish.

You're driven in a way that makes people slightly uncomfortable.
You'd rather be in the arena than in the room talking about the arena.

You have taste.
You know the difference between content and a moment.

The AI Part

You don't fear AI.
You don't worship it either.
You use it like a film crew uses a camera.

You've already replaced parts of your own workflow with agents.
You can write a system prompt that actually performs.
You know how to chain tools, hand off context, and keep voice consistent across models.
You can debug an agent the way an editor debugs a cut.
