Consumer Experience Trainer

The Consumer Experience Trainer will work closely with the Regional Director of Business Development - Consumer Homecare and Area Directors to identify, create and deliver various training programs across the consumer branch network. The Consumer Experience Trainer will also lead the roll out of new training initiatives and ensure success through an enhanced customer/client experience. Key requirements for this role include experience with identifying training needs and implementing training programs within the consumer/service industry, comfort with a collaborative and team based environment, strong problem solving skills, deadline driven and self motivated individual with a keen interest in innovation backed by experience as a seasoned customer service professional.


. Identify on-going opportunities to update current training programs or training programs that would be of benefits for Bayshore Consumer branch employees.
. Provide training support to branches and taking the lead from a change management perspective when new training programs or system initiatives are being rolled of NDC.
. Maintain and deliver learning materials to all consumer branches.
. Engage and collaborate with Area Directors to learn and understand about trending training problems within the branch
. Develop training plans and training program materials for new training programs. (ie/ CSC training program, Dementia training for Caregivers, etc)
. Travel to Branches and NDC as required to provide customer focued training to branch admin and field staff, schedulers and or other team members as necessary.
. Other duties as required to appropriately support new business opportunities.
. Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.
. Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
. Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.
. Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
. Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
. Complete other tasks as requested.

Post Secondary Degree or Diploma or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.

Three to five (3-5) years of relevant Training and Customer Service experience, preferably in the service industry, would be an great asset. Working knowledge of Excel and Word. Experience/education in instructional training.

Can effectively communicate with numerous branch staff with differing levels of knowledge, background and ability. Can influence behaviors, as appropriate, to achieve desired results. Works effectively to deliver desired outcomes within tight timelines. Delivers timely, accurate, and thorough results. Effectively manages multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a strong asset. Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills. Able to travel Nationally to the different branches to provide training or initiative roll out support as needed.
