The Opportunity

Carter’s|OshKosh Babies and Kids is currently seeking Sales Associates for our store in Calgary (Smart Centres Calgary South East), Alberta.

As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers by providing an exceptional shopping experience
  • Achieving and exceeding all personal sales goals
  • Working together with all sales associates and the management team to meet and exceed store objectives
  • Processing customer sale transactions and accurately following cash handling procedures
  • Assisting with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
  • Receiving and processing company product
  • Daily store housekeeping duties
  • Complying with all company and store policies and procedures

Experience and Skills

  • Retail experience is an asset
  • High energy and enthusiastic team player
  • Effective communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Flexible retail availability including evenings and weekends

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable with the use of ladders
  • Capacity to stand for long periods
