1. Prepare and cook kosher foods.
2. Create new kosher receipes and menus.
3. Order food stocks; evaluate costs of food preparation (food stocks and labour).
4. Consult with clients regarding catering needs for weddings, banquets, receptions, etc.
5. Supervise kitchen staff.
1. Kosher certified
2. Minimum 10 years experience as kosher chef
3. Minimum 2 years catering experience

Salary: $19.00/hr. 35 hrs per week.
