Training Coordinator

Mammoet is seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to join the Human Capital team. This role requires an enthusiastic professional who has a passion for the development of employees to help drive Mammoet employees to be the best in their fields. The successful candidate will have strong facilitation skills as well as a keen sense of organization.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Administration of Mammoet Academy for the Canadian region including user management, certificate management, and reporting.Coordinating and delivering training sessions across Canada.
• Part of the Global Mammoet Training team and will be part of various global projects and initiatives as a result of that.
• Administer training & development projects, supporting subject matter experts, management, and corporate designer. Support work includes, needs assessments, program assessments, participant testing/evaluations.
• Administers tools to measure effectiveness of training programs. Recommends improvements to the quality of training programs based on thorough analysis of training effectiveness.
• Ensures program administration needs are met, including communications, scheduling materials production, participant tracking, etc. Answers participant questions related to training.
• Identifies needs and provides recommendations for utilizing outside resources. Sources third party training vendors. Handles vendor management, to include coordination of resources and ensuring quality of product and service levels delivered.
• Leads New Hire Orientation programs to ensure Mammoet initiatives are communicated and understood.
• Oversees the day-to-day administration of Mammoet Academy Learning Management System

Education & Experience

Education

• Diploma or equivalent experience required
• Facilitation certification

Experience

• 2-3 years of previous experience in training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to engage audiences in learning topics and to quickly and effectively respond to audience needs.
• Strong knowledge of common e-Learning software applications; familiar with emerging e-Learning tools.

About our region


This position is a full-time permanent position based out of our Guelph Ontario office. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Travel to other regions and satellite branches will be required.
