Salary: 86 000$ - 96 000$

Under the general supervision of the SAP Coordinator, the Business Analyst is responsible for providing support for the installed SAP Infrastructure process modules (PM - Plant Maintenance, PS - Project Systems, MM - Material Management, and QM - Quality Management).


  • Provides expertise in the use of the different SAP modules (PM, PS, MM, QM) and supports users;
  • Assesses system support problems and takes corrective actions;
  • Develops and updates access procedures, functional documentation and user training materials;
  • Trains the "super users" community;
  • Assists with research and analysis of current system capacities and participates in development of technological solutions;
  • Implements changes and updates by developing functional specifications and by designing, effecting and coordinating implementation of changes;
  • Analyzes new projects and requests and prepares recommendations.

Additional Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English is essential. Having a working knowledge of both official languages will be considered an asset.(ON)

Experience and knowledge

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, specifically in SAP support - PM, PS, MM, QM modules;
  • Deep knowledge of SAP functional components (configuration, tables, transactions,etc.);
  • Deep knowledge of business processes such as maintenance management, project management, materials management and quality management;
  • Knowledge of SAP installation approaches and methodologies (ASAP);
  • Experience in project management using a structured and collaborative approach;
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • SAP certification is an asset.


  • Bachelor's Degree en Business Administration or related field

Conditions of Employment

  • 37.5 hrs schedule


  • Linguistic = oral (advanced); written (intermediate)
