Description

  • Client engagement:

    • Build and grow a client portfolio by using commercial information
    • Build new relationships through phone calls, face-face meetings, networking
    • Manage the recruitment process from interview stage to offer stage
    • Offer advice & appropriate solutions based on market knowledge & trends

    Candidate engagement:

    • Identify & attract top tier candidates in the market
    • Meet with candidates to understand if they are the right fit
    • Offer advice & market knowledge to build rapport and trust

    Colleague engagement:

    • Work collaboratively with colleagues in different sectors to grow the brand
    • Communicate with colleagues relative information about clients & candidates

Profile

  • 1+ years of experience working in an environment with KPIs
  • 1+ years of experience in sales (retail, outbound call centre rep etc.)
  • Natural ability to connect & build relationships with people
  • Thrive in a dynamic & fast paced environment
  • Valid driver license is required
  • Recruitment experience is not necessary
