GroupStrength Benefits Direct, a valued partner of GroupHEALTH is currently looking for an Analyst to join their team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales Reps by taking the lead on non-phone based account activities.

  • Take lead on account analysis and file review
  • Coordinate communication with Sales Reps and GH Underwriters regarding all prospect files
  • Reduce overall "file analysis" time so that deals can be pitched sooner
  • Increase accuracy of info submitted to Underwriting
  • Increase accuracy of client facing materials

Key Responsibilities
will include:
  • Check for completeness of prospect info received, identify what is missing
  • Organize data in online filing system and CRM system
  • Conduct financial analysis of each account
  • Prepare new business submissions for quote team
  • Prepare client facing documents (Plan Comp. / Rate Comp. / Proposal doc)
  • Develop closing strategies to be shared with Sales Rep
  • Keep CRM up to date with new facts as discovered

Education, Experience & Must Haves
  • University or College Degree
  • Benefits experience is an asset
  • Intelligence and detail focus
  • Organizational skills, ability to handle many files at once
