What it's like to work at OMNI Health Care

Our four pillars

Everything we do, from how we work together, to how we treat each other, to enriching our residents’ experiences, is part of what makes us different from other long term care homes and is based on our four pillars for success: quality, innovation, people and resources.

The OMNIway

We are always encouraged to help others to experience Hope, Purpose and Belonging. This is the OMNIway. More importantly, while these goals give us our focus and inspiration, their greatest influence is on those who matter most: our residents.

Quality and Innovation

OMNI is dedicated to developing better processes and programs, and in turn, high quality resident-centred care. OMNI has received numerous awards for Quality and Innovation, recently winning the Innovation of the Year award from the Ontario Long Term Care Association for the OMNI diabetes program.
