THE TEAM

The mission of the Food & B everage Department is to surprise and delight our guests with Everyday Luxury food and beverage experiences. Building loyalty with existing clients and employees, while attracting new.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class Café program to Aritzia clients. You will play a pivotal role in delivering extraordinary client experiences by creating world-class beverages, as well as managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments. THE ROLE

As t he Senior Manager , Cafés, you will lead the team to:

Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

Translate the strategy into tangible plans that are designed and communicated clearly, enabling flawless execution.

Connect with guests, creating an engaging and welcoming experience with each visit from welcome and departure.

Provide clients with an exceptional dining experience, that is timely and seamless.

Deliver guests with a best-in-class beverage selection and service to elevate their dining experience

Deliver a curated, elevated, safe, and seamless environment that enhances client experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

T he Senior Manager , Cafés, has:

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage

A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$200,000 CAD per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
