Position Overview
- An opportunity to join one of Toronto’s leading real estate teams.
- As a Photographer with the Sidorova Inwood Real Estate Team, you will play a vital role in capturing the essence of our listings and the lifestyle that defines them. This role requires a creative eye, technical expertise, and an understanding of real estate aesthetics. The ideal candidate is an experienced photographer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen understanding of architectural composition, lighting, and storytelling through imagery.
- You will work collaboratively with our marketing and listings teams to ensure each property is presented in its best light — literally and figuratively. From striking exterior architecture to thoughtful interior details, your work will bring each home’s story to life, helping us showcase the unique character of Toronto’s West End.
- You will be a representative of the Sidorova Inwood Real Estate Team, a brand known for its deep community roots, trusted neighbourhood expertise, and commitment to clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and attention to detail.
Photography & Videography
- Capture high-quality images and videos of real estate properties, including interiors, exteriors, twilight, and aerial drone photography.
- Utilize Matterport/iGuide technology to create immersive 3D virtual tours and floor plans.
- Plan and execute creative storytelling visuals to highlight unique architectural features.
- Edit and retouch images using professional software such as Lightroom and Photoshop to ensure exceptional quality.
- Capture engaging lifestyle shots and social media-friendly content, including behind-the-scenes footage.
Event Support
- Collaborate with the agent and marketing team to plan, coordinate, and execute client and community events from concept through to completion.
- Capture high-quality photography at events, including candid moments, guest interactions, and brand-focused lifestyle imagery for use across marketing channels.
- Assist with event logistics such as vendor coordination, set-up, on-site execution, and tear-down to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Support event marketing efforts by preparing and organizing visual assets, coordinating social media coverage, and ensuring the event is well-documented from start to finish.
- Provide on-site support to ensure an exceptional client and guest experience, and assist in post-event wrap-up, including image editing, content delivery, and event recaps.
Innovation & Brand Development
- Stay up to date with real estate photography trends, techniques, and equipment.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.
- Leverage innovative photography styles and angles to enhance Sidorova Inwood’s visual storytelling approach.
Experience
- Proven experience in professional photography, ideally within the real estate, architecture, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of Toronto’s real estate market, neighbourhoods, and the visual elements that resonate with prospective buyers.
- Proficiency with professional photography and editing tools, including Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and related production software.
- Experience in digital asset management, file organization, and maintaining visual content libraries.
- Familiarity with online property portals (MLS, TREB, Realtor.ca, and similar platforms) and understanding how photography supports real estate marketing.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and listings teams to plan, capture, and deliver high-quality visual content for digital and print use.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram and YouTube, and an understanding of how to create visually engaging, brand-aligned content.
Qualification
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License + reliable vehicle
- Must be located in Toronto's West End
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, interior design, or lifestyle photography.
- Demonstrated experience producing both stills and video content, including property tours, drone footage, and short-form social content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing tools).
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and post-production workflows.
- Experience coordinating photography schedules and working collaboratively with marketing and listings teams.
- Experience with drone photography (RPAS certification considered an asset).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices for visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
