Pre-Kindergarten and Elementary Educational Assistant
Location: G.H. Dawe School
24 hours weekly (Monday to Thursday)
Commencing as soon as a suitable candidate is found, until June 30, 2027.
The successful applicant will provide support to students in Pre-Kindergarten and at the Elementary school grades.
Desirable qualifications and attributes:

Educational Assistant Certificate, Social Work diploma or comparable education is an asset

Experience or education in working with children with complex needs and behaviours preferred

Comfortable working independently, with minimal guidance.

Good problem solving skills.

Toileting and lifting will be required.
