We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and a customer-focused attitude. Experience with QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
- Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and support via phone, email, or in person
- Manage data entry tasks accurately
- Support front desk operations including greeting visitors and managing appointment scheduling
- Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Experience
- Customer Service experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills required
- Punctual and professional appearance

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
