What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years exterior painting experience (residential/commercial)
- Strong prep and finishing skills (brush, roller, spray)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Must have own transportation
