Baskin Robbins Southcentre Location is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Be able to learn to make all Baskin Robbins products including scoops, sundaes, milkshakes
- scheduling and inventory
- maintain Provincial and brand standard food safety requirements
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Cashiering duties, including processing transactions and handling cash
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed
- Assist with retail sales, including upselling and cross-selling products
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle phone calls professionally and maintain proper phone etiquette
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Retail sales experience to drive sales and meet targets
- Cash handling skills to accurately process transactions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
