EZ-Vape Kamloops is now hiring a Part Time Sales Associate! We are in search of a enthusiastic and reliable part time employee who is willing to pick up extra shifts as needed
We are one of the leading suppliers in vaporizers, e-liquids, and accessories with an emphasis on customer service.
As a salesperson at EZ-Vape, you will work directly with customers helping them to select appropriate gear to fit their lifestyles.
Strongly Preferred: Previous experience working 19+ retail operations
I.e. Vape Store, Liquor Store, Cannabis Store
- Must be 19 or older-Must be legally authorized to work in the Canada
- Customer service skills, including problem solving
- Must have previous experience handling cash, till reconciliation, till settlement
- Must have previous experience working a POS system
- Strong work ethic and ability to act independently and remotely
- Flexible schedule, willing to cover when other staff members are sick
- Customer service skills & mindset
- Team-Player with a positive attitude
- Exceptional relationship building abilities
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual, reliable and professional
- Ability to stand for approximately 6-8 hours
- Works independently with little or no supervision.
Job Duties
- Recommend and select the right merchandise based on the individual’s requirements
- Build customer confidence by offering them suggestions and opinions
- Explain the advantage and use of the merchandise to the customer
- Demonstrate use and operation of the product
- Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
- Arrange and display merchandise
- Keep merchandise area tidy
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Relevant product knowledge and training
Schedule:
- 4 to 8 hour shifts
- Shifts vary from 8AM to 4PM, 11AM to 7PM, 1PM - 9PM
- Weekend availability
