We are currently searching for an energetic, motivated Quality Associate to join Apollo Team!
Main duties performed include but are not limited to Deviations/OOS/Investigations, SOP reviews, issuance and archival of controlled documents/logbooks, CAPAs and APR reports, finished goods releases, customer complaints investigations, execution, presentation, analysis, tracking of Annual Product Reviews and related systems, audit support (internal and external), CAPA tracking and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
SOP/Controlled documents/logbooks review, issuance and archival ensuring all controlled documents are in compliance with Good Documentation Practices
Coordinates and ensures that finished goods are released in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Following-up and closing ongoing deviation/OOS investigations; guide Operations and QC laboratory staff in conduct of investigation and supports cross functional investigation to resolve and close issues.
Organizes and coordinates QMS Quarterly review meetings.
Assists with Internal/External Audits
Supports preparation of Annual Product Review reports.
Assists and supports deviation, CAPAs and change control activities.
Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Fulfil other departmental duties that may be required.
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 5+ years’ experience with high school diploma or equivalency required or 3+ years’ experience with post-secondary education or other job required certification or license required
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS/CONTACTS: some access to confidential or sensitive information; regular internal interactions and/or some external interactions; purpose of internal/external contacts is not regularly related to complex matters; no selling, negotiating, consulting, teaching/instructing, or advising; average level of written and verbal communication skills required for successful job performance
