PinPoint Health is a leading multidisciplinary healthcare group with 13 locations across the GTA. We are currently seeking a Registered Kinesiologist to join our team in Markham in a Clinic Operations Lead capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, supporting team performance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth clinic workflow
- Support front desk and administrative processes, including scheduling, patient flow, and service coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for clinic staff and support strong communication across the team
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and patient experience
- Support staff onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
- Assist with clinic performance tracking, organization, and implementation of operational initiatives
- Ensure clinic standards are maintained, including organization, professionalism, and patient service excellence
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to support overall clinic goals
- Identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of solutions
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
- Registered and in good standing with an appropriate professional body (e.g., OKA, COKA, CATA, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a healthcare clinic environment preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for healthcare, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional patient experience
