Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and attentive Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will support the dining service by maintaining cleanliness, bussing out food and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Delivering food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping tables, and sanitizing surfaces
- Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs as required
- Ensure proper disposal of trash and recycling to uphold health standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines related to cleaning and food handling
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand on feet for long hours.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including early afternoons, weekends and evenings if needed
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and supporting team success
