Titan Pallets Inc. is a newly launched pallet manufacturing company based in Fort Erie, Ontario. We produce high-quality wood pallets for industrial, retail, and distribution customers. The Opportunity:
This is a ground-floor sales role at a company that is scaling quickly. You will be responsible for building our customer base across the GTA and beyond developing long-term account relationships, and driving the revenue growth that fuels our expansion. You will work directly alongside the Sales Manager.
This is not an order-taking role. We are looking for someone who knows how to hunt for new business, close deals, and build relationships that last. In return, you will be well compensated, given real autonomy, and have a clear path upward as the company grows into new markets across Canada and the United States.
What You'll Be Doing:
-Prospecting and developing new accounts across target industries including food & beverage, retail distribution, e-commerce fulfilment, automotive parts, building materials, and third-party logistics.
-Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through quote, negotiation, and close.
-Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective accounts.
-Preparing and presenting quotes and proposals tailored to each customer's volume and specification requirements.
Coordinating with the Production Manager and Customer Service team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to customer specification.
-Meeting and reporting on monthly sales targets, pipeline activity, and new account metrics.
-Attending industry events, trade shows, and customer site visits as needed
Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through volume increases or expanded product offerings
What We're Looking For:
-Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or building materials sectors.
-Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business — not just managing existing accounts.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in person and over the phone.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and time without micromanagement.
-Proficiency with CRM tools and basic reporting.
-Valid Ontario G driver's licence and access to a vehicle for client visits.
Strong Assets:
-Existing relationships within GTA-area logistics, distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing companies.
-Experience selling a commodity or industrial product where price, reliability, and relationships are the key differentiators.
-Familiarity with pallet specifications, skid sizes, or supply chain operations.
Compensation & Benefits:
-Base salary: $50,000 + reoccurring commission structure.
-On-target earnings of $300,000–$500,000+ for a strong performer.
-Gas allowance for client visits.
-Full-time, Monday to Friday.
-Opportunity for advancement into a Senior Sales or National Accounts role as the company expands nationally.
