What you'll bring:
- Experience working in a Canadian dental clinic
- Strong knowledge of private insurance coverage and assignment of benefits
- Experience submitting insurance claims, collecting patient payments, and managing accounts receivable
- Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service
- Highly organized, reliable, and a proactive team player
- Excellent communicator with staff and patients
- Comfortable with technology and a fast learner
- Dental assisting experience an asset
- Responsible for AR and HR
