Frisco Pools Inc. is a fast-growing company looking to hire two dependable General Labourers. We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, competent, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Previous drywall experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience installing, measuring, cutting, taping, mudding, sanding, repairing, or finishing drywall will be given priority.

Although construction or drywall experience is considered a strong asset, additional on-site training will be provided.
Job Duties
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with drywall installation, repairs, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing
- Measuring, cutting, carrying, and installing construction materials
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with construction and renovation work
- Demolition, cleanup, and preparation of work areas
- Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials
- Operating basic hand and power tools safely
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Keeping company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Removing construction debris and disposing of materials appropriately
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Completing daily job records and taking progress photographs using a company-provided iPad
- Performing other general labour duties as assigned
Requirements
- Drywall experience is strongly preferred
- Previous construction, renovation, or general labour experience is an asset
- Valid G driver’s licence is preferred
- Clean driving history
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace; company vehicles are provided during working hours when required
- Steel-toe work boots
- Appropriate clothing for indoor and outdoor construction work
- Ability to safely lift and carry construction materials
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including bending, lifting, standing, and climbing
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or finishing experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Must be reliable and punctual

Schedule
This is primarily a Monday-to-Friday position, with occasional Saturdays when required.
Typical working hours are approximately 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may be longer or shorter depending on the project schedule, workload, and job-site requirements. Additional hours may provide greater earning potential.
