Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Live-in Housekeeper / Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxurious Bed & Breakfast located in. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and property management to provide exceptional service in a high-end environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property's cleanliness, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing various operational tasks to uphold the B&B’s standards of excellence.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and custodial duties across guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces, ensuring a pristine environment at all times.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, providing personalized service to enhance their experience.
- Oversee property maintenance, coordinate repairs, and liaise with vendors as needed to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving when required, supporting the hospitality aspect of the B&B.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, linens, and amenities, restocking as necessary to meet guest needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including industrial cleaning standards when applicable.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling housekeeping duties and managing guest requests efficiently.
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning services, hotel operations, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Experience with industrial cleaning or custodial work is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a live-in capacity.
