Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. If you love sales, enjoy face-to-face conversations, and want a role where your results directly drive your income, this is for you.
Your Responsibilities

Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's credit card products

Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation

Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible

Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand

Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served

Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day

Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff

Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction

Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed
Requirements

Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Prior experience in retail sales is a bonus.

Experience selling credit card or other financial products is an asset.
