Supported by our Customer Experience team, our community of Independent Care Providers delivers exceptional service to clients throughout Manitoba based on their individual needs.
We are expanding into the Interlake region and we are currently recruiting for multiple care opportunities across communities in the Interlake. On behalf of our clients, we are seeking compassionate and reliable care providers to join our community and support the health, well-being, and social engagement of people who need care at home.
Support needs vary by household and may include companionship, light housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, medication management, errands and check-in visits. An example of an opportunity would be providing care for an elderly person that requires assistance with their daily routine, including household chores, personal care, and meal preparation.

We are particularly interested in care providers who have existing background checks and additional opportunities are available for providers with a driver's license that are open to travelling within 30 – 50 minutes and offer care based out of Selkirk, Stonewall, Gimli, and Beausejour.
Care Possible is not an employer, the role would be as an Independent Care Provider meaning you and your client(s) will agree on schedules and rates of pay.

Key Responsibilities:
· Companionship and social engagement

· Communicate effectively with the client and family
Requirements:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
· Because this is an immediate opportunity, recent background checks are strongly encouraged
· A valid driver's license and own vehicle
· Prior experience working with elderly clients is considered an asset
