They are seeking a Logistics & Safety Operations Specialist to support transportation operations, lead incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety, service, and operational performance.

Coordinate daily fuel delivery operations with third-party carriers and internal stakeholders
Monitor transportation performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and service levels
Lead and support health and safety investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action management
Analyze operational and safety trends to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage route disruptions, construction impacts, service interruptions, and operational changes
Execute reroutes, redirects, and load holds through SAP
Coordinate field inventory activities, pump-outs, and incident reporting through Enablon
Maintain operational data, site information, and customer network records
Steward downgrade and runout reporting to minimize customer impact
Coordinate additive and specialty product scheduling requirements
Manage operational inquiries and provide timely solutions through the Trucking Operations mailbox
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen transportation performance and operational reliability
3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, operations, supply chain, or a related environment
Experience conducting health and safety incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
Strong root cause analysis skills and a passion for solving operational problems
Demonstrated success driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and turn insights into action
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset that thrives in fast-paced operational environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions
