We have a job opportunity as a AFTERNOON MATERIAL HANDLER (3:30 pm to 12:00 am) located in our Acton distribution centre.
SUMMARY
Loads, unloads, and moves materials within facility. Replenishment of primary picking locations and consolidation of overstock materials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Inspect product for damaged goods and verify quantity of product
- Label, and put away products into proper locations.
- Use handheld RF scanner to complete tasks
- Investigate inventory inaccuracies and make necessary adjustments to stock
- Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving
- Maintain accurate inventory, conduct cycle as required
- Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from the warehouse
- Keep warehouse organized and in good housekeeping
- Follow standard operating procedures where applicable
- Reach Truck and Order Picker Certified in an asset
