CK’s Supply Haven is looking for a reliable, friendly, and independent person to join our team at our vape store in Keswick.

Important Location and Transportation Information
Our store is located at 2723 182 Street SW in the Keswick neighbourhood. The main bus serving this area is Route 729, and public transportation can be limited—especially during evenings and on weekends.
Before applying, please confirm that you have reliable transportation to and from Keswick for all scheduled shifts. Applicants are responsible for ensuring they can arrive on time and get home safely after their shift.
About the Position
This is a customer-service-focused retail position in a vape store. Previous retail, cashier, vape, or customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
After training is completed, most shifts are worked independently. You must be comfortable being responsible for the store on your own while also communicating well and contributing as part of the overall team.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service
- Learning about the products we carry
- Helping customers find suitable products
- Checking identification and following all age-verification requirements
- Operating the till and processing cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Counting cash and providing correct change
- Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Keeping shelves and displays neat and fully stocked
- Cleaning throughout every shift
- Sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, taking out garbage, and completing other cleaning duties
- Staying productive during slower periods between customers
- Following opening, closing, and daily store procedures
- Working independently once training is complete
- Communicating with coworkers and contributing as a dependable team member
What We Are Looking For
The right candidate will:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation to and from our Keswick location
- Be dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Be comfortable working alone after training
- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Be able to follow written instructions and store procedures
- Be confident checking identification when required
- Be comfortable handling cash and counting change
- Take initiative and find productive tasks during quiet periods
- Understand that cleaning is a regular and important part of every shift
- Work well independently while still being a cooperative team player
- Be available for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
This position is best suited to someone who is self-motivated and does not need constant supervision. Because shifts are generally worked alone after training, reliability and good judgment are extremely important.
