KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of tenant and community events to enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with property management to develop and distribute tenant communications and promotions.
- Monitor tenant satisfaction levels through surveys and feedback mechanisms; implement strategies to continuously improve tenant experience.
- Plan, write, and execute the annual Tenant and Community Engagement Plan each fall for the upcoming year.
- Proactively introduce innovative ideas to enhance tenant and community satisfaction and retention.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
- A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications and/or Graphic Design.
- At least three years of marketing services experience in commercial real estate or related professional services industry.
- Graphic design capabilities are an asset.
- Experience with project management and execution of marketing collateral, knowledge of marketing campaigns and innovative solutions.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks to completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Movie Maker and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign).
- Dedication to delivering exceptional service consistently.
- Adaptability to change with a positive outlook, consistently delivering successful results within specified time frames.
- A team-oriented approach to achieving goals and objectives.
