The Sales Support Associate duties include but are not limited to:

Assisting the sales team by:
-
Being the initial point of contact for customers
-
In-person
-
On the telephone
-
Electronic communication (e.g., email, etc.)

Inputting data into BisTrack
-
Providing customers with recommendations in selections that best fit their project.

Assisting the sales team in meeting and exceeding annual sales goals
-
Assisting the sales support team lead with administration duties.
-
Assisting in establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with customers
-
Developing and expanding one's personal product knowledge.
-
Assisting with product display (including ordering, organization, assembly, etc.)
-
Assisting with tasks related to store opening and/or closing.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Experience in a sales and sales support role (preferably in a retail building or construction environment)
-
Demonstrated track record of continuous learning (with knowledge of the building industry considered to be a strong asset)

Customer service skills
-
Demonstrated ability to manage and multi-task several projects at the same time.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
-
Computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office and related applications)
-
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening)

Strong organizational skills and self-motivated
