Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator

Are you a dedicated healthcare professional seeking a new opportunity? Lifemark Health Group is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home.
Responsibilities include:

Timely review of clinical reports and forms for quality, continuity, consistency, accuracy, spelling and grammar.

Providing feedback to clinicians as required through e-mail or one-on-one meetings

Knowledge of WSIB policies and processes

Working knowledge of functional testing to help break down barriers to recovery and RTW.

Facilitating meetings with other interdisciplinary team members.

Accurately maintaining records, utilizing tracking system to monitor timelines, due dates and reporting expectations.
Qualifications:

Registered Kinesiologist.
-
0-3 years of experience in the physical rehabilitation industry.

Clinical or rehabilitation experience conducting Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), Ergonomic Assessments, Job Site Analyses (JSAs), and clinical evaluations is considered an asset.

Basic working knowledge of relevant legislation related to key customers (e.g., WSIB).

Proficient in MS Word and capable of learning new systems.
