Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as trash removal, floor care, dusting, and surface sanitization
- Maintain cleaning schedules and document completed tasks accurately
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Reliable with good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting moderate loads
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
