Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and landscaping, with proven experience in garden maintenance and landscape care, and a horticulture training program. This role is essential in ensuring that our outdoor spaces are healthy, vibrant, and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of gardens, including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Irrigate plants and manage watering schedules to ensure optimal growth.
- Conduct landscape maintenance to enhance the beauty and health of outdoor areas.
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement new garden layouts or improvements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment.
- Experience in hardscape installs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is necessary, as well as a horticulture training program.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in garden care.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
- A passion for horticulture and a desire to learn more about plant care and landscaping techniques.
