Vensuris Design Build is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead the on-site delivery of a mid-rise multi-residential development. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a strong builder who takes ownership of safety, quality, schedule, site coordination, and the final product.
Reporting directly to the Director of Construction, you will be the primary on-site construction leader from mobilization through occupancy, substantial performance, and turnover. You will coordinate trades, consultants, suppliers, inspections, and site personnel while ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to Vensuris standards.

What You Will Do
- Lead all day-to-day site construction activities for a mid-rise multi-residential project.
- Plan and coordinate trade sequencing, manpower, material deliveries, site access, and short-term look-ahead schedules.
- Lead trade coordination meetings, monitor work progress, and address field issues promptly.
- Maintain a safe, organized, professional, and productive jobsite.
- Lead quality-control inspections, manage deficiencies, and ensure work meets drawings, specifications, code, manufacturer requirements, and Vensuris standards.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, occupancy requirements, deficiencies, and closeout activities.
- Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, photographs, manpower records, delivery logs, meeting notes, and inspection records.
- Communicate daily with the Director of Construction on progress, risks, decisions required, schedule impacts, quality concerns, and cost-sensitive issues.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, municipal inspectors, suppliers, and internal Vensuris teams.
What You Bring
- 8–10+ years of progressive site supervision experience, including lead or senior supervisory responsibility.
- Experience delivering mid-rise multi-residential, apartment, condominium, institutional, or similarly complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building envelope, interior finishes, MEP coordination, quality control, and project closeout.
- A sound understanding of Ontario Building Code requirements and construction health and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and site drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple trades, solve problems in the field, and maintain momentum against project milestones.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Gold Seal certification, trade certification, or construction-related education is an asset.

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
