Records Information management Clerk (1.0 FTE, 12 month)
HOURS OF WORK: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
RATE OF PAY: $17.90 - $21.47

JOB SUMMARY: The records Information Management Clerk provides organizational support by preparing Ontario Student Records for reproduction according to the standards and schedules of the Board in accordance with relevant legislation, as well as processing transcript requests and assisting with general clerical tasks. The Clerk is also responsible for preforming a quality assurance check on the content of the transcript as well as the final scanned copy in the database.
QUALIFICATIONS: An Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent. Business and keyboarding (40 w.p.m.) skills and the ability to use Word and Excel is also required. Knowledge of Trillium is considered an asset.
EXPERIENCE: Related work experience is an asset.
