The Role
You'll support a 32-year-old man with autism in his home and community. He's been part of an early intervention program since age 2.5, is socially well-adjusted, and loves being around people. He needs support due to his medical conditions, and thrives on activities like hiking, snowshoeing at Grouse Mountain, ice skating, and swimming.
You'll help build skills in:
- Social skills development
- Physical activity & sports
- Games
- Academic support (reading, math, printing practice)
- Speech and language learning activities
- Cooking, cleaning, and basic life skills
Availability
Must be able to commit to available shifts (minimum of 2 shifts for part-time work, but full time hours are available for the right candidate):
