SCOPE
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, polished, customer service professional with a winning attitude and the determination to be part of a dynamic, successful and growing company.
The role includes all facets of day-to-day front desk and deal administration within a full-service luxury real estate flagship shop.
The Executive Administrator directly influences the operating efficiency and provides best in class dedicated customer service and administrative support to our Sales Representatives and Brokers (Advisors), Branch Manager and Management Team.

Job Requirements:
Real Estate Brokerage Executive Deals and Front Desk administrator experience is a MUST. Only those proficient at REALM, OREA / WebForms, BrokerBay, SkySlope, Google Suite, will be considered.
The ideal applicant will have a strong desire to provide best in class administrative support and customer service within a full service luxury real estate brokerage. This role requires a friendly first contact that represents the company in greeting clients, agents and members of the public as they enter the branch.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), BrokerBay, uploading MLS listings, deal administration, scheduling and confirming appointments, offer and related documentation preparation, and above all highly skilled in providing first class, white glove, customer service and agent support.
Must have a professional and exceptional phone manner, customer service and winning attitude, the ability to multi-task under pressure, have strong computer skills, high accuracy and excellent written and oral communications skills. E&V World, NexOne / LoneWOLF experience is a plus.
