Welder and Fitter
Dynamic Machine Corp is seeking an experienced Welder and Fitter to join our team. We are an employee owned organization that prioritizes a professional work environment and long term stability for our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Mig and Tig welding processes on various materials.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication.
- Manage task sequencing and coordinate with team members to meet production priorities.
- Operate overhead cranes using safe hoisting and rigging techniques.
- Utilize measuring tools with high accuracy to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional welding experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem solving skills.
- Ability to pass CWB testing for MCAW, FCAW, and GMAW on mild steel.
- Proficiency in Tig welding is considered a significant asset.
- Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum is preferred.
- Consistent attendance and a collaborative mindset.
Schedule and Compensation
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Friday: 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
- Occasional overtime may be required based on project demands.
