BMW Grand River is looking for motivated, self-starters who are looking for an opportunity to join our First Class Pre-Owned Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with our Clients
- Promote and complete the sale of BMW vehicles, providing client excellence on a consistent basis
- Cold calling and acquire new clients
- Meet sales quota and gross profit targets on a consistent basis
- Must meet or exceed CSI objectives
Requirements:
- Post-secondary Diploma/Degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
- Ability to negotiate and close
- BMW product knowledge is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail
- Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, One-Eighty is an asset
- Auto Industry experience preferred
