Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Slinger driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient movement and distribution of materials within our facility. This position requires a strong understanding of freight handling, as well as the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. The Slinger driver will work closely with other team members to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Part time to start leading to possible full time
Responsibilities
- Safely operates slinger and truck.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling techniques are used to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
- Conduct daimy inspections of equipment /trucj to ensure safe operation and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Support truck repair tasks as needed, utilizing relevant skills and knowledge.
Experience
- Previous experience in freight handling or logistics is preferred.
- Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
